Telescopes to accommodate wall thickness from 5-3/4" to 10-1/2".  It is fully insulated and fits tightly to prevent heat loss.  The 4" x 6-5/8" venting requires an 8-3/4" x 8-3/4" framed opening; the 5" x 8" venting requires a 10" x 10" framed opening.
